Benjamin Richman is Quant’s Assistant General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. Mr. Richman has spent his career working on consumer privacy matters, often in cases of first impression. His cases have helped alter the current landscape in emerging issues such as how courts think of personally identifiable information and how companies can properly safeguard private data. Mr. Richman is responsible for assisting the General Counsel in all aspects of his legal responsibilities and for advising the CEO on creating and implementing privacy initiatives.
